The problem is the Sims 3 game version turn in this: v 0.0.000.000000 and the game don´t run any more.
The solution have some steps:
Step 1: You make save folder and put inside it your all documents about the Sims 3 game, for example: Sims, Custom Worlds, your Sims family, Mod´s, packages and Sim3.pack ´s and move this folder to another site on your computer, for example: "My Documents".
Step 2: Uninstalling all your the Sims 3 game (base game, expansions and stuff pack´s)
Step 3: Download the programs I recommend: C Cleaner, and Tune up. Note: Remember this programs have test time about 1 month.

Step 4: Installing all programs I recommend: C Cleaner and Tune Up. Note : Running all programs, First C Cleaner: click in the bottom applications, click in analyzing bottom and click in Run clean bottom, and again click in the bottom Windows, click in analyzing bottom and click in the Run clean bottom.
Second: Tune up: click in the bottom Gain disk space and click in the bottom say: " Star 1-Click Maintenance"
After you use the 2 programs, you have reboot your computer.
Step 5: After you reboot your computer, you installing your base game of the Sims 3 only and an update to the last patch version.
Note: If your game don´t an update for the last patch version, remember an update the last version of the Origin.

Step 6: When you have your base game of the Sims 3 version: 1.24.x.xxxxxx, you continue installing the expansions and stuff pack´s
Step 7: Running your game only
Step 8: Installing your custom words, Sims, Mod´s, packages, Sim3.pack´s and your Sims family.
Step 9: Running your game again with your Sims family.
Note: If you make well all my step´s for the solution after uninstalling the Sims 3 demo pets, your game comeback to normally.
